Product Return Policy
MyPower prides itself on the "30 Day No Questions Asked Guarantee". This allows you to try any nutritional product and return it for any reason, within 30 days of purchase, for an unconditional, money-back guarantee. All individual nutritional products fall under the "30 Day No Questions Asked Guarantee", but multiple opened bottles of the same product and any MyPower Program is not eligible for a return.
Online Orders: If you purchased a product online and wish to return it for a refund, you must return the bottle (regardless of whether it is full or empty) directly to MyPower. If the product is received within 30 days of the initial purchase, a refund will be issued. In addition, orders valued over $300 are not eligible for a monetary refund. Orders valued over $300 will receive a store credit, product replacement, or a combination of the two.

Shipping
Standard shipping orders will be sent either FedEx or the United States Postal Service based on prime delivery and price rates. All orders are processed within one business day if received prior to 9:00 am CST. Average expected delivery time is between 3 - 5 business days.
When an order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number for your convenience. If you do not receive your order in a reasonable period of time, you can track your order, contact our support team via email at tony@mypowernutrition.com
Express Shipping: Expedited shipping such as 2 day and overnight services are available for an additional cost. Shipment dates only apply to standard operating business days. Due to the fact that FedEx does not provide deliveries on Saturdays, 2–Day delivery requests must be placed no later than Wednesday at 9:00 am CST and overnight delivery requests must be placed no later than Thursday at 9:00 am CST. If order is received outside of these requirements, shipments will be delayed until next operating business day.
Back order Shipping: Items purchased that are on back order will be shipped as soon as the item is available. If items on back order are part of a larger order, the items that are in stock will be shipped immediately, and the back ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are available with no additional shipping cost incurred by customer.
International Shipping: Due to the varying nature of legislation around selling supplements in each country, MyPower has limited ability to ship outside the United States. Please contact tony@mypowernutrition.com for availability.
